The Beach is Open

On this Cinco De Mayo Day, the Beach is now open. The NCAA Finals is almost at an end, put the court shoes away and get out to the beach.

Karch Speaks

Karch Kiraly, the Undisputed King of the Beach and Spalding advisor, will provide a monthly tip that will help you improve your game and hopefully advance your playing career and enjoyment of the game. Each month Karch will focus on a specific element of the game of beach volleyball, answer a few select e-questions, and provide insights into the game.  Each month Karch will pick two questions to answer from the e-questions, and those individuals will receive a signed King of the Beach ball personalized by Karch.

Marvelous Marv’s “The Dirt”

Touted as Cedric the Entertainer of Volleyball, Marvelous Marvin Hall has been a major figure in the evolution of the volleyball game in this country. An extremely qualified indoor referee, a top outdoor referee, a high end tournament director, a spokesmen for the game, and possibly the best dancer to ever step on to a major volleyball stage, Marvin will bring to you a weekly column that covers the ups and downs of the game. Who’s doing what, to who, when and where, and which clubs to hit on and off the road.  Marvin will answer select questions you post on the site. Some will call this the “dirt”. Marvin is just keeping it real.
