SALES ORDERS

• From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 1 p.m. Pacific time are dispatched on that day. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays will be processed on the following business day. 
• After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking information to update with our transportation partner.

   

SERVICE ORDERS

• Your service order will be available for tracking once it is received by our Service Center.
• Once your item is received at the Service Center, please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to be processed.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your service order is complete and ready to ship.
